About Us

Located 5 miles South of Bandera, Texas, "The Cowboy Capital of the World", the Mystic Hills Ranch is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  With terrain varying from lush fertile valleys to rugged canyons, it is the prime terrain to grow large trophy Whitetail Deer.   We are licensed by the State of Texas as breeder #TX2452.  This is our second deer breeding program we have built since 1996, where we started on our former ranch, "Mill Creek Wildlife".  The first program was sold to what is now known as "Cold Creek Ranch".  Our current Whitetail operation is centered around our air conditioned deer handling facility and AI lab.  We have numerous pens that are connected to the facility by a series of alleys, so that the deer can be moved from pen to pen, or to the facility without the use of tranquilizers.   Our foundation does are from the top producers in the industry including Gladiator, Bambi Double Drop, Vortex, Bones, Stickers, Wilderness Bucky, Dreambuck, and RDM 44 Mag, just to name a few.  All of our AI Sires have been top producers ranging in score from the high 200's to over 500 B&C inches.   We are members of the Texas Deer Association, Deer Breeders Corporation, North American Deer Farmers Associaton, and the Exotic Wildlife Association.  In addition to our Whitetail program, we also raise various exotic game including Axis, Blackbuck, Gemsbok, Sika, Aoudad, and Fallow.
